The Fleet Analyst is responsible for managing vehicle titles, registrations, and licensing activities while maintaining accurate fleet records. This role supports fleet operations by ensuring vehicle information is up to date, coordinating ownership and title changes, and maintaining compliance with state DMV requirements.

What are the responsibilities?

As a Fleet Analyst, you will:

  • Process vehicle title transfers, registrations, and licensing for the company fleet.
  • Maintain accurate fleet inventory by entering vehicles into the fleet management system, verifying VINs, and monitoring vehicle status.
  • Coordinate title updates and ownership changes while ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Support change management initiatives related to fleet operations.
  • Work with vehicle records to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance with state regulations.
What are the requirements?
  • Experience with vehicle titles, licensing, and registration processes is required
  • Knowledge of vehicle ownership transfers, liens, and title documentation
  • Familiarity with state DMV regulations and required paperwork
  • Experience processing title corrections or maintaining vehicle records is preferred
  • Previous experience working at a DMV or a similar agency is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple records accurately
