Position:
Part-Time Administrative Assistant Pay: $17.50/hour
Location:
Tulsa, Ok
- Filing and organizing documents
- Running reports and assisting with computer-based tasks
- Assisting with billing and collections
- Running occasional errands for the hospital
- Providing general administrative support to the management team
- Helping maintain organization and efficiency within the office
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Basic administrative and office skills
- Flexible availability and ability to work non-traditional hours as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required
