Qualifications:

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Minimum 1 year of experience in PreK-12 education setting (preferred)

Experience in customer service (preferred)

Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be an Oklahoma Resident

Must work from the DVA Tulsa office Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

Understands and supports the mission, vision, and values of DOVE Schools.

Maintains Principal's calendar and appointment scheduling.

Receiving and answering phone calls along with texts to the business phone

Following office workflow procedures for ensuring maximum efficiency

Regularly monitors parent and student satisfaction with the school to raise retention rates.

Supports schools and districts to manage communication systems for enrollment and admission.

Manages lottery systems.

Receives and routes all incoming mail to the appropriate individuals.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms with all levels of management, both internal and external to the district.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internal and external to the district.

Ability to use computer including software, database used by the district, spreadsheet and word processing software, calculator, copy machine, and telephone.

Work Environment and

Physical Requirements:

Light Work: may require occasional light lifting.

Nights and weekend activities will be occasionally required.

Moderate travel is required.
