As a Main Shop Service
Technician

Requirements:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in vehicle technology through ongoing training and technical service bulletins
  • Use state-of-the‑art diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Provide clear, professional communication with customers regarding vehicle issues, services, and repairs

Qualifications:

  • Shop experience
  • Tech school training
  • Bumper‑to‑bumper automotive experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Own Tools
  • Proven experience working in our field
  • Ability to work with factory‑level diagnostic tools and vehicle‑specific software
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear, concise manner
  • A strong passion for high‑end vehicles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings (background check and drug test)
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
