Membership Director

System One is assisting a professional association with their search for a Membership Director to lead efforts in member recruitment, retention, and engagement. This role manages membership services, benefits (including continuing education), and supports systems that enhance member experience.

Responsibilities:

+ Developing and executing membership growth strategies

+ Creating marketing materials and communications

+ Supporting member participation in programs and events

+ Analyzing membership data and trends

+ Managing membership systems and technology

+ Assisting with facility rentals and committee support

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years in membership services, preferably in a nonprofit

+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

+

Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and data analysis

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and membership databases

+ Bachelor's degree preferred
