Responsible for the acquisition, growth and maintenance of Hire Right’s data sources that support products and services for the Enterprise. Ensure the data sources are consistent with Hire Right quality standards and provide accurate, timely, and professional feedback related to evaluation and analysis of the data sources and related processes.
Responsibilities- Understand Hire Right’s systems and departmental processes.
- Coordinate data acquisition targets to advance Hire Right’s competitive advantage.
- Analyze data depth, coverage, and return on investment.
- Identify and implement acquisition process efficiencies.
- Contribute to maintenance of source documentation while ensuring version control.
- Interact with team-members and other departments as a trainer and subject matter expert (SME) for all data acquired by the Data Acquisition Department.
- Maintain business relationships with existing data source providers and initiate contact for data updates that don’t conform to specified standards.
- Investigate source maintenance issues by working directly with providers, courts, and Hire Right personnel providing data acquisition instruction as necessary.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
- Prior documentation and research experience.
- Training experience a plus.
- Computer literacy in an Internet/Windows environment is required.
- Proper verbal communication skills required.
- Experience managing multiple projects and changing priorities.
- Purchasing or supply chain experience a plus.
