  • Drive supplier performance improvements across quality, lead time, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Technology teams to define specifications and ensure supplier alignment with product requirements, including reviewing and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Partner with Operations and Business Development to support demand planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage procurement risks, including supply continuity, vendor capacity, and market volatility.
  • Monitor procurement performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across sourcing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory standards across the supply chain.
  • Travel approximately 10–15% to supplier locations to support sourcing activities, supplier development, and performance reviews.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.

  • Ability to balance cost, quality, and delivery in a dynamic operational environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
