SA Cylinder Control Coordinator

- Track Strategic Account customer agreements with cylinder audit and reconciliation requirements, coordinate completion, and report results.
- Create reports for customers with exchange requirements and work with branches for necessary corrections.
- Proactively review customers with no sales activity beyond rent revenue, investigate, and resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities for charging rent and redeploying cylinders (Lost Rent Revenue Report) and collaborate with National Account Managers to increase revenue or reduce cost to serve.
- Identify and communicate potential mode changes and revenue impact to internal stakeholders.
- Reconcile and coordinate billing for Loss of Use when required.
- Create reports for senior management to understand cylinder exposure for Strategic Account balances.
- Work with the Central Service Desk, Branches, National Account Managers, Strategic Account Business Management Team, Regions and Division Teams to maintain accurate Strategic Account customer cylinder balances and rental billing.
- Act as a liaison between customers, branches, sales, special billing teams, and Customer Service / Collections Representatives.
- Promote adoption of best practices in cylinder management that align with Strategic Account profitability goals.
- High School Diploma.
- 1–3 years of work experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills using formulas, pivot tables, etc.
- Capable of managing multiple projects.
- Ability to engage and work with all levels of the organization, including senior management, sales leaders and support staff.
- ~1 year related work experience in a branch role, inventory management or support.
- Experience with computer systems and related tools such as SAP or Business Warehouse.
- Industry experience or knowledge of Airgas business and production/distribution network (preferred).
