Position:
Sales Manager (Full Time)

Compensation Range: $56,000. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and specific location of the role. Actual pay may differ.

• Find and close new business by proactively reaching out to potential clients through calls, networking, site visits, and industry events—turning prospects into long‑term partners.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts that ensure clarity, accuracy, and mutual success.
• Plan and coordinate the details of each event or group booking, including space setup, timing, equipment, menus, and billing.
• Create and track monthly SMART goals that align with hotel revenue targets and help you stay on course—and ahead.
• Manage existing relationships with professionalism and care, ensuring repeat business and enthusiastic referrals.
• Maintain organized, accurate records using systems like Delphi or CI/TY, so everyone stays informed and on track.

• 1–2 years in hotel sales, events, or marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Delphi, CI/TY, or similar tools.
• Detail-oriented and self‑motivated.
