Position Summary
As a Compliance Manager, you are joining the Corporate Compliance Market Conduct Exam team. You will lead market conduct exams and regulatory inquiries, interacting with state regulators, driving the implementation of corrective action plans, and providing subject‑matter expertise on the state regulatory environment to business areas, other compliance teams, and legal areas. This role supports ensuring all functions, operations, and activities comply with company standards, laws, and regulations.
MarketConduct Exam Management
- Coordinate market conduct exams across business areas and with Legal.
- Serve as a point of contact for state regulators and third‑party auditors.
- Ensure accurate, timely collection and delivery of exam materials.
- Oversee responses to exam findings and corrective action plans.
- Maintain strong documentation of all exam‑related work.
- 5+ years in Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, or Market Conduct Exam roles, including experience with Health Care Benefits.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and projects.
- Ability to influence decisions across all organizational levels.
- Skilled at escalating risks appropriately.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (including by plane).
- Experience in auditing or market conduct exams within healthcare, managed care, or PBM.
- Experience as a state market conduct examiner.
- Background in project management and developing audit or corrective action plans.
- Experience working directly with regulators or auditors.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related work experience.
- Market Conduct Management (MCM) certification.

Pay Range$66,330.00 - $ (base annual salary; actual offer depends on experience, education, geography and other factors).
