Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services;
Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing;
Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues;
Complies with company policies and Open Door Policy in executing business processes;
Communicates progress and information and identifies opportunities for improvement.
