* Performs advanced level of work related to nomination, confirmation, and scheduling activities for local distribution companies (LDC), intrastate and gathering pipelines or natural gas liquids (NGL) distribution.

** Essential Functions and Responsibilities*
* + Initiate, schedule, review, and monitor daily nominations to maintain pipeline integrity by minimizing Operational Balance Agreement (OBA) and shipper or customer imbalances
+ Interact with gas control representatives, customers, operators, producers, pipeline companies and others concerning nominations, allocations, billing, imbalances, daily flow and operational orders
+ Calculate, prepare, and analyze information or reports including, but not limited to:
+ Allocations
+ Balancing deliveries
+ Nominations and confirmations
+ Pricing
+ Flow rates/capacity issues
+ Measurement discrepancies
+ Storage balances
+ Electronic bulletin board communications
+ Actual Usage - Electronic Flow Measurement (EFM)
** Education*
* + Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business administration, or accounting with job related experience or equivalent formal education to include a combination ofcourses such as accounting, business law, business communications, algebra, basic statistics, or speech and the following job related knowledge or experience
** Work Experience*
* + Experience and thorough knowledge of nomination and scheduling of gas or NGL volumes on a pipeline system
+ Experience analyzing and resolving issues and/or questions concerning scheduling, nominations, balancing, and allocations
+ Experience in use and function of office equipment including mainframe applications and microcomputers and applicable software
+ Experience and/or training related to:
+ Gas purchase
+ Gas control
+ Gas accounting
+ Transportation services
+ Volume control
+ Customer service
+ Pipeline Tariffs
+ NGL Distribution (as specified by position)
+ Experience reading and interpreting applicable contracts, agreements, reports, statements, invoices, confirmations, correspondence, tariffs, government regulations, industry standards, electronic bulletin board communications, and company policies and procedures
+ Experience composing and preparing balancing reports, volume summaries, confirmations, reports, pipeline postings, storage reports, and electronic bulletin board communications
+ Experience analyzing information, conducting meetings, and making presentations
