Job Description

The Corporate Real Estate Sr. Business Analyst is a senior, decision‑oriented role within Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) responsible for executing complex analysis and advancing data foundations and analytical capabilities that support real‑estate portfolio decisions across retail branches/ATMs and office/workplace assets.

This role operates with high autonomy, partnering across lines of business to structure business problems, build fit‑for‑purpose datasets, define data requirements, and translate analysis into actionable insights. The role requires demonstrated ability to independently engage senior stakeholders, influence decision‑making, and drive alignment across competing priorities in a complex, cross‑functional environment. Additionally, this role executes analysis, develops datasets, and advances data capabilities to support Corporate Real Estate Strategy.

  • You will develop workplace analytics by establishing KPIs and measuring occupancy, utilization, capacity, and space demand.
  • You will support data and technology efforts by evaluating tools, building business cases, and helping implement new capabilities.
  • You will create dashboards and analytical tools that deliver clear insights and support informed decision‑making.
Education and Experience Requirements
