• Manage and coordinate operations personnel and resources for projects.
• Assist with preconstruction efforts.
• Oversee all project phases from inception through closeout.
• Review GC/Contractor Project Executive Plan and trade contracts.
• Review bid packages, oversee procurement, and develop scope of work.
• Manage project status, procurement, equipment delivery, schedule, cost control, safety, and change management.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal partners, designers, consultants, and GC teams.
• Lead GC/Contractor project OAC meetings and serve as point of contact.
• Coordinate inspections and test data reviews to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Review site logistics plans, procurement plans, safety plans, and schedules during development.
• Coordinate MSOW submissions, schedules, and reviews with GC/Contractor and vendors.
• Manage site blackout dates and stop work notifications.
• Conduct regular project walks to review progress, verify schedules, and review invoices and quality.
• Promote and enforce an Injury-Free Environment (IFE) program.

• 5-10+ years Construction Management experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience in data center, critical facility, or mission-critical environments.
• Experience overseeing General Contractor and external vendors.
• Proficiency in project documentation, quality assurance, and progress reporting.
• Strong skills in cost tracking, scheduling, and problem-solving.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time while collaborating within a team.
• Knowledge of design, bidding, and construction processes, quality control, costs, risks, schedules, and safety.
• Knowledge of construction delivery methods:
  Design‑Build, Design‑Bid‑Build, CM‑at‑Risk, Design Assist.
• Understanding of business and management principles for planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Procore, or similar PMIS, Outlook, Teams, One Note.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• CCM, PMI, or PMP certification preferred, or similar applicable certifications.

Pay Range: $115.00/hr.
