You will lead the admissions process for a campus location, spanning initial inquiry to completed enrollment. This is not a coordinating position. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the educational approach, and whether their enrollment choice reflects genuine fit. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed dialogue, and advocate for declining applicants when necessary. The objective is not enrollment maximization.
The objective is strategic alignment.

- Leading the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, spanning initial outreach to onboarding completion.
- Facilitating discovery discussions to evaluate compatibility before advancing solutions or suggesting further engagement.
- Stewarding 20+ concurrent family engagements across varied enrollment phases, maintaining transparent tracking and timely follow-through.
- Directing campus visits, student shadow sessions, and decision-stage discussions that articulate results, commitments, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Sustaining precise CRM documentation and enrollment data (Hub Spot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.
- Executing transactional or coercive enrollment approaches.
- Accepting families with poor alignment solely to meet numeric targets.
- Overseeing large staff or operating within complex hierarchical structures.
- Distributing family experience accountability across multiple departments.
- Working from remote locations. This position requires on-campus presence.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver a high-integrity, selective enrollment process that successfully onboards aligned families while safeguarding the operational and academic standards of the Alpha framework.
Basic Requirements- 3+ years executing premium, individualized service in settings where service delivery directly shapes organizational reputation (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership sectors, or owner-managed service operations).
- Proven accountability for a complete client, admissions, or enrollment lifecycle from initial inquiry to successful onboarding.
- Track record managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family interactions across different progression stages, supported by a robust organizational system.
- Capacity to furnish specific instances of consultative judgment, including situations where you recommended against your own offering due to misalignment.
- Professional correspondence experience with executive leadership, affluent clientele, or discerning stakeholders.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these regions:
Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN, Oklahoma City, OK, Tulsa, OK, or Southlake, TX. - Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Background in competitive independent school admissions or selective program enrollment.
- Professional history in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or senior executive support functions.
- Experience designing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
- Proficiency leveraging analytics and CRM intelligence to enhance enrollment alignment, not merely throughput.
