LOCATION

NOTE:

This is an in‑person role based at one of our campus locations. Many schools isolate operations within offices, meetings, and approval hierarchies. Alpha takes a different approach. This role is front and center throughout the day: welcoming families, resolving device problems, managing smooth arrivals, reassuring concerned parents, liaising with vendors, and ensuring the facility feels secure, polished, and distinctly Alpha. This position suits someone who can be approachable without being lenient, systematic without relying solely on procedures, and self‑assured without distancing themselves from hands‑on work.

You will manage nearly every non‑instructional aspect of campus life: family communication, attendance processes, campus security, facility management, meal coordination, technology devices, events, and the minor issues that accelerate quickly without prompt intervention. You will not be surrounded by a large on‑site operations staff. You will have documented procedures, remote assistance, and established standards, but you must learn quickly, leverage available resources, and exercise sound judgment in real time.

The payoff over time is becoming the reliable adult families depend on, guides trust, and students turn to when something requires resolution.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Serve as the primary trusted contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors, delivering clear, composed, and prompt communication.
  • Oversee daily campus operations, including arrival and dismissal procedures, attendance tracking, transportation coordination, lunch arrangements, campus presentation, event execution, and facility maintenance follow‑through.
  • Address safety and student welfare matters, including entry control, emergency drills, health situations, documentation requirements, and parent notifications.
  • Administer student devices and fundamental campus technology, including configuration, account assistance, issue resolution, data backups, repair coordination, and escalation to remote technical support teams.
  • Cultivate trust with Guides, external vendors, and families by prioritizing helpfulness while upholding established standards.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Remaining behind the scenes while others manage parent and student interactions.
  • Delivering classroom instruction, mentoring Guides, or developing educational content.
  • Deferring every decision to a supervisor before taking action.
  • Processing campus operations through multiple meeting layers when immediate resolution is needed.
  • Delegating facilities, devices, vendors, or meal services as outside your scope.
