Business Development, Client Relationship Manager
Unlike most enrollment positions designed to maximize volume, this role is designed to safeguard standards.
Alpha is constructing one of the world’s most ambitious educational models. Our campuses integrate rigorous academics with technology-enabled learning and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students routinely achieve learning velocity that exceeds national benchmarks—a claim supported by measurable data. Afternoon hours are dedicated to depth work, independent study, and development of real-world competencies. The model delivers results. However, its success depends entirely on enrolling aligned families.
That is your responsibility.
You will control the complete admissions process for a campus, beginning with the application and ending with enrollment. This is not a coordination role. You are accountable for the family experience, the clarity with which they understand our model, and the soundness of their enrollment decision. You will evaluate alignment, facilitate substantive dialogue, and recommend decline when appropriate. The objective is not enrollment maximization.
The objective is mission alignment.
We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurial operators who have independently managed high-stakes client relationships from start to finish. What is essential is your capacity to execute a high-touch, phased process with sound judgment, precision, and accountability. If your career has been defined by delivering white‑glove service where trust, discretion, and experiential quality are brand-defining, this role will be intuitive.
Apply now to bring that caliber of service to work with lasting impact.
