Foreman leads crews and daily field operations on heavy civil road construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and regulations.
Local projects (overnights are extremely rare), competitive pay and benefits package, company truck and phone, paid time off, performance bonus potential.
Responsibilities- Supervise and train crews; lead jobsite in Superintendent’s absence
- Enforce safety policies and conduct safety meetings
- Plan, perform and oversee daily work
- Read plans and track production, time, and quantities
- Ensure quality, productivity, and schedule compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years road construction experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual a plus
