Qualifications for Project Manager
- A four-year degree from an accredited institution in construction management, engineering, or business is desirable but not mandatory.
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction field, with a strong focus on commercial projects including but not limited to multifamily developments, retail, healthcare facilities, and industrial spaces.
- A successful track record as a project manager capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
- Skills in organizing essential resources-people, tools, and time-to ensure deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
- A proactive mindset, consistently seeking challenges and taking initiative.
- The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
