SUMMARY ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Site Foreman supports field activities; works with the Construction Manager supporting project administration. Activities include managing the job transition process; tracking bid quantities; supporting the management of cost and schedule, constructability, quality, safety, work planning, procurement, contract management, regulatory compliance, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Overseeing a wide variety of commercial, high-end residential and commercial projects including renovations and new construction.
- Enforcing good safety practices on job sites and enforcing safety policies and other company policies as needed.
- Plan, organize, and participate in construction projects.
- Ability to lead project crew including laborers, operators, and other trades.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings/plans.
- Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors.
- Supports project manager on management of cost and schedule.
- Track quantities of work being completed on each bid item.
- Participates in training/certifications.
- Client facing focus.
- 8+ years of progressive construction experience.
- 5+ years in a leadership role.
- A high degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Asana, Microsoft Projects, Outlook;
Internet applications. - Ability to forecast, schedule and supervise manpower and resources.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), planning skills.
- Have solid experience working as a finish carpenter on a variety of residential and commercial projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning).
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
- Must hold a valid driver’s licence (Group 2 or higher).Ability to deliver services within a specified time frame and budget.
- Ability to read and fully understand blueprints.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Submitting accurate reports and forms are required for the position.
Salary range: KYD
50,000.00 to KYD
70,000.00 per annum. Benefits met and/or exceed the Labour Act. Only suitably qualified applicants will be contacted for an interview. Closing date for applications is 20 March 2026
