Construction Superintendent

Coalesce Management Consulting is supporting a major renewable energy developer delivering multiple large-scale utility solar projects across the U.S. With new projects kicking off and active sites progressing, we're seeking experienced Construction Superintendents with a Civil/Mechanical background to support delivery.

• Provide embedded owner-side construction support across utility-scale solar sites (100MW–400MW).
• Support site execution with a focus on protecting schedule, safety, and commercial outcomes.
• Coordinate daily construction activities with EPCs, subcontractors, and field leadership.
• Monitor construction progress, milestones, and field readiness across scopes.
• Promote and support strong safety performance and compliance on site.
• Support quality and compliance requirements across civil and electrical works.
• Identify issues early, support resolution, and escalate where required.
• Provide clear reporting and communication to project stakeholders.

• Proven experience supporting utility-scale solar construction projects.
• Strong field-based construction execution background (civil, mechanical, and/or electrical).
• Experience working with EPCs, subcontractors, and owner-side teams.
• Strong understanding of construction compliance and site coordination.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and adapt to shifting project schedules.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience on projects involving civil works such as grading, topsoil removal, piling, and racking readiness.
• Electrical construction experience supporting solar site kickoffs and early-stage execution.
• Prior experience working on U.S.
  
  -based renewable energy projects (developer, EPC, or owner-side).
