Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Civil Foreman role based in Tulsa, OK. The Civil Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities, delegating tasks to team members and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include overseeing heavy equipment operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, providing guidance to carpentry and maintenance activities, and maintaining effective communication between teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Strong supervisory skills and ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams effectively
  • Proficiency in operating and managing heavy equipment and tools commonly used in construction projects
  • Excellent communication skills for team coordination and interaction with clients
  • Experience in carpentry and working with various construction materials and techniques
  • Knowledge of maintenance processes to ensure ongoing efficiency and reliability of facilities and equipment
  • Thorough understanding and application of workplace safety standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in construction‑related fields is preferred
  • Experience in the industrial maintenance and construction industry is a strong advantage
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements
