NEEDED: Heavy Civil Project Manager (Road Construction)
NOTE
:
Heavy Civil ROAD Construction (Concrete, Asphalt, Earthwork, Underground Utilities) experience REQUIRED to be considered for this role.
- Support estimators and manage contract processes
- Track quantities, prepare pay applications, and handle A/R billing
- Monitor project costs, approve expenses, and support financial close-out
- Submit material data, schedules, and project documentation
- Review plans/specs and attend project meetings
- Coordinate permits, locates, and traffic control plans
- Manage change orders and communicate with clients, subs, and vendors
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure accurate reporting and execution
- Strong focus on billing, cost control, and coordination
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Experience in construction project management
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
- Ability to work on-site and in outdoor conditions (lifting up to 50 lbs.)
