Job Description

As the Superintendent, you will report directly to senior project leadership and take full ownership of on-site delivery from mobilization through close-out. You will be the face of the project in the field, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

• Lead day-to-day site operations on commercial construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
• Enforce site safety standards and company policies at all times
• Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve field issues
• Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure budget and schedule alignment
• Ensure quality control across all trades and scopes of work
• Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors, and design teams

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent role, we are seeking:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
• Ground up project experience exceeding $10M
• Background delivering projects such as education, healthcare, retail, or faith-based facilities
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods across multiple trades
• Ability to lead subcontractors and field teams with authority and respect
• High standards for jobsite safety, quality, and organization
• Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset
• Willingness to work on local and regional commercial projects
