Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing construction projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to management, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities
  • Provide management oversite for all phases of the construction projects, including coordination of employees, subcontractors, material, and equipment.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are being enforced and followed.
  • Create all subcontractor contracts and aid in the process of obtaining all licenses and permits.
  • Create all change orders within the project.
  • Track and control project schedule as well as associated costs.
  • Report to owners and architects about any and all project issues and conflicts.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the project in a supervisory role.
  • Manage the day-to-day client interactions and expectations.
  • Forecast revenue, profitability, and project cost with accuracy.
  • Generate weekly budget reports for review with upper management.
  • Administer and aid in the submittal review process between subcontractor/suppliers and design team.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. May substitute required education degree with related experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills as well as strong dispute resolution skills.
  • Good computer skills with the ability to adapt to new software.
