We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in operating heavy machinery and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe execution of construction projects. This role requires a strong focus on safety practices, adherence to project specifications, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

• Operate heavy equipment, including but not limited to excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, and loaders, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Work closely with project managers and crew members to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with the layout and preparation of job sites, including grading, trenching, and site cleanup.
• Complete daily reports on equipment usage and project progress.
• Participate in training sessions and safety meetings as required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a construction or civil engineering environment.
• Valid operator’s license and certifications relevant to heavy equipment operation.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Louisiana as needed.
