The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project execution within a large-scale Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor setting. Responsibilities include developing project plans, ensuring team preparedness for execution, and effective communication of project statuses. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is strongly preferred.
