Position: Estimator

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $70,000 to $75,000/year

Experience: 5+ years of related experience is preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Type: Full-time;
Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Weekends as needed)

• Develop accurate, detailed project estimates and formal bids.
• Interface directly with customers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identify the full scope of work and proactively address potential issues before submission.
• Coordinate and conduct job site walks.
• Prepare pricing request documents for subcontractors.
• Draft contracts and negotiate revisions or changes as needed.
• Assist in preparing rough project schedules.
• Transition awarded projects to operations with complete documentation for kickoff.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key customers and industry professionals.
• Participate in networking events to expand referral opportunities.

• Extensive knowledge of building design, components, and assemblies in both residential and commercial construction industries.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, designs, and specifications.
• Proficient computer skills with experience in Excel, Outlook, Plan Swift, and Sketch Up preferred.
• Ability to interface with both customers and suppliers with strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
