- Verify field compliance with Manhattan Pipeline HSE Policy, Client Policy, DOT, PHMSA, OSHA, and EPA.
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and JSA's development
- Assist with incident reporting and investigations
- Assist with safety training in the field
- Support project teams and field supervision as necessary
- Maintain full-time presence in the field
- Reports directly to the HSE Director
- COSHO, CHST, or equivalent required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction. Oil & Gas pipeline experience is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required
- OSHA 30 required
- Dependable
- Must be skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT
- Blue Beam, HSI experience is a plus
- This is a full-time position requiring 100% travel 40-65 hours a week.
