Pianist/Organist, Salem Lutheran Church
Salem Lutheran Church is a small-to-medium congregation in Stillwater, Oklahoma with a rich musical tradition, active in the community for over 100 years.
The Pianist/Organist works with the pastor, the choir director, and members of the congregation to create strong worship leadership and an enhanced worship environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare for and play at Sunday morning services and special services throughout the liturgical year.
- Accompany choir rehearsals and special music performances.
- Attend meetings as necessary.
- Skilled pianist with sight‑reading skills; organ skills also preferred.
- Familiarity with traditional church liturgies (services, hymns and anthems).
- Experience accompanying musicians (soloists, ensembles and choir).
- Ability to maintain service continuity.
- Collaborative attitude, working with other musicians and colleagues.
Part‑time salaried position, paid monthly, starting at $13,000 per year.
