ROLE

DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Daniel Parker - State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people will make you an excellent fit with our team and office culture. You will enhance your professional career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the customers that you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and grow customer relationships, maintain excellent follow-up standards, resolve issues and assist with the agency's customer retention strategies.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and maintain accurate account records.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services based on customer needs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Experience in customer service and account management.
  • People-oriented
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Able to learn computer functions
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to calm others in stressful situations.
  • Must hold at least one of the following current licenses from any state:
    Property and Casualty, Life and Health or Securities.
