A company is looking for a National Operations Center Lead Dispatcher.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the intake, triage, coordination, and closure of maintenance work orders
Dispatch and coordinate with service vendors while monitoring work order status
Provide proactive client communication regarding work order progress and updates
Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in dispatch, operations coordination, or service management
Experience managing high volume work orders in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with CMMS platforms or ticketing systems
Comfort operating in a phone-intensive role using VOIP systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
