Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals has 3 openings for Enrollment Clerks. The ideal candidate for the Enrollment Clerk will be detailed‑oriented, adaptable, and committed to accuracy in processing applications. Must have strong organizational skills, ability to learn new systems quickly, and a customer‑service mindset to support families through the enrollment process. A willingness to handle repetitive tasks with care and to step in to assist in other areas as needed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Benefit Management – with support of the Summer EBT Program Manager(s), effectively use benefit management software to review cases, resolve outstanding issues, and verify documentation to ensure timely benefit processing and positive benefit enrollment outcomes.
  • Data Entry – accurately enter customer information into CRM software, maintaining up-to-date records for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Customer Service – provide prompt and high‑quality customer service to Summer EBT participants including receiving inbound phone calls, making outbound phone calls, and communicating through chat, text, and email as appropriate.
  • Mail Support – as needed, support mail processing team by organizing mail, entering return mail data, and pulling and labeling outgoing mail to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Qualifications
  • Have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills with experience in Salesforce (or willingness to learn).
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to provide high‑quality customer service and assist with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Have previous experience in a heavy call center environment or previous experience as a Case Worker.
  • Read, write, and type in English.
