Key Responsibilities:
Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure successful implementation of solutions Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders while conducting regular check-ins Develop retention strategies and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a B2B environment Strong understanding of logistics and ability to communicate the value of solutions Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S Prefer a Bachelor's Degree or three years of relevant experience
