Osage Casinos in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome and assist guests. You will manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a great customer service experience while handling various inquiries and reservations.
A successful candidate has at least one year of customer service experience, must be at least 18 years old, and is required to obtain an ABLE liquor license. A strong knowledge of hotel operations and cash handling is preferred.
