Customer Service Professional

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a professional who thrives in a customer-focused environment. In this role, you'll be the point of contact for account-related inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience while address billing and accounts receivable issues. This is a full-time, onsite job in Tulsa, OK.

What You'll Do:

* Respond to accounts receivable inquires

* Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving billing issues and ensuring accurate adjustments

* Evaluate credit and order limits

* Manage customer calls and multi-task effectively

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field

* Knowledge of Excel and Word

* Strong communication skills

* Looking for a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

* 1+ year of experience in a customer service, accounts receivable, or administrative role

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.50 per hour
