Service BDC Agent

Jim Norton T - Town Chevrolet is seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Service BDC Agent to join our team in Tulsa, OK. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for service customers, managing appointments, responding to inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication with the service department.

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding service appointments, estimates, and repairs.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service history in the dealership’s CRM system.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding vehicle status and follow‑ups.
• Assist the service department with administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and elevate issues as necessary.

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive service industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
