Customer Care Representative

Location: Downtown Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.87
Manpower is hiring Customer Care Representatives for the City of Tulsa Utilities Call Center. This role will support residents with water, sewer, trash, and solid waste services questions. This is a phone-based, call center role, focused on delivering excellent service, resolving billing inquiries, and helping residents manage their accounts.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls regarding utility billing, and service related requests
- Provide clear and accurate information about water, sewer, trash, and solid waste services
- Assist customers with payment arrangements, account updates, and service changes
- Process service requests and resolve concerns in a timely, professional manner
- Use multiple systems to manage customer accounts and document all interactions
- Stay up to date with department policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is shared
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1+ year of recent excellent customer service /call center experience
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Accurate data entry and ability to navigate multiple systems/screens
- Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
