Cheapest Auto Insurance is looking for a Call Center Agent to join our growing team in Tulsa. If you enjoy helping people, are comfortable talking on the phone, and want an opportunity to learn the insurance industry, we'd love to hear from you.

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Assist customers with questions about their auto insurance policies
• Process policy changes, payments, renewals, and other account requests
• Help customers understand their coverage and policy information
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Document customer interactions accurately in our system
• Work with team members to resolve customer concerns

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
• One rotating Saturday per month, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM
