Warranty Claims Representative

Overview

Manage the manual claims process for entry into the warranty website. Process and maintain warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and criteria for claims.

• Deliver a high level of customer service to exceed customer needs consistently.
• Enter accurate, valid, and complete information for warranty claims.
• Work with customers and internal staff on RGA and RGA billing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Order entry to support other departments as needed.
• Assist with any clerical duties.
• Process claims during high volume times.

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Experience in customer service or a related field; HVAC industry experience is helpful.
• Remain calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong customer communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously under time pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
• Some travel is expected.
