* Job Description:

** Manage manual claims process for entry into warranty website. Process and maintain warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and criteria for claims.
** Primary Duties:
*** Delivers a high level of customer service to exceed customer needs consistently.
* Enters accurate, valid and complete information for warranty claims.
* Works with customers and internal staff on RGA and RGA billing.
* Ensures customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
* Orders entry to provide support to other departments as needed.
* Assists with any clerical duties.
** Job Requirements

* Education and Experience Requirements:

*** Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED);
* Experience in customer service or a related field,
* HVAC industry experience helpful.
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*** Stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
* Enter orders to provide support to other departments as needed.
* Process claims in high volume times.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Strong customer communication and customer service orientation
* Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously under time pressure.
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
** Essential and Physical Functions:
*** Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
* Some travel is expected.
