Customer Service Rep
This position answers incoming calls in a call-center atmosphere, solves problems, processes orders and provides exceptional service for customers. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 6 months of previous customer service experience required. Preferably 2 years of customer service background in call center setting ideal. Computer and 10-key skills - testing required. Minimum typing score of 45 WPM. Basic math skills. Well organized and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Superb interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with others. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to handle stress in a high-volume office.
