We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team! This position serves as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while helping our technicians operate efficiently. Job Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.

Build long-lasting customer relationships through trust, professionalism, and clear communication.

Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and accurately document vehicle information and customer concerns.

Work closely with service technicians to diagnose vehicle concerns and test drive vehicles when appropriate.

Prepare repair estimates, explain recommended services, and review costs and timelines with customers.

Monitor repair progress and provide timely updates throughout the service process.

Communicate additional repair recommendations and obtain customer authorization before work is performed.

Ensure all repair orders are completed accurately and thoroughly.

Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and management to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.

Maintain accurate customer records and follow dealership policies and procedures.

Help achieve department goals for customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous customer service or automotive service advisor experience preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Ability to learn dealership software and new technologies.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment with frequent customer interaction.

Ability to occasionally bend, reach, and move throughout the service department
