Customer Experience Representative

This is a full-time business to business position with a large Tulsa organization that offers opportunities for advancement. Onsite position in a business casual office.

• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze customer billing and credit issues and assist in resolving any concerns.
• Communicate effectively with customer via phone and email.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by demonstrating a genuine desire to help.
• Follow up on overdue commercial/business accounts.

• 1+ years experience in customer service, business to business collections, or account management (This is not a sales role).
• Bachelor's degree in a business related field required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills with exposure to MS Office, including Excel.
• Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.
• Must be open to working Monday-Friday, 10 am - 7 pm
