Call Center Representative

Tulsa, OK | Full-Time | Day Shift

System One is hiring a Call Center Representative for a busy medical clinic in Tulsa! We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and enjoys helping people in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

+ Answer incoming calls from patients and customers

+ Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or staff members

+ Provide general information and answer basic questions

+ Assist callers in a professional and welcoming manner

+ Document and log incoming and outgoing calls accurately

+ Provide excellent customer service over the phone

+ Support the clinic with additional front-office and call center duties as needed

What We're Looking For

+ At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred

+ Previous call center, receptionist, medical office, or healthcare experience is a plus

+ Strong communication and phone skills

+ Professional and friendly demeanor

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

+ Basic computer and data-entry skills

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shift

On-site in Tulsa
