If you’re graduating in 2026 (or finishing AEGD/GPR in 2026

With a planned transition underway, the practice is looking for a coachable, motivated new dentist who wants to grow quickly, build confidence, and develop into a solo provider with long-term equity potential

• PPO/FFS only:
  No Medicaid. No HMO.
• Mentorship-first transition: The founding doctor is in place through Summer 2025 to ensure a smooth handoff and set you up for success long-term.
• Built for early-career growth: Step into real clinical volume, develop speed and confidence, and grow your breadth of procedures over time.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation

• 32% of collections
• Lab fee responsibility: 32% of lab fees (typically ~30% of production, depending on procedure mix)
• Signing bonus available
  • Enhanced bonus with a 2-year commitment
  • 1-year agreements still eligible
