Job Summary

Southern Hills Dental Care is looking for a Full Time Dental Hygienist. The role involves delivering high quality dental care, providing patient education, performing hygiene procedures, and maintaining accurate records. • Current dental hygienist license in Oklahoma and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

• At least 1–2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of dental health.
• Clinical needs as required by office.

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
• Tuberculosis (TB) test required for all new hires in dental office positions; not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
