Harvard Dental is looking for an organized and patient-focused Dental Hygiene Assistant/Front Office staff member to join our dynamic team in Tulsa, OK.

Support hygienists in delivering top-tier preventive care. Duties include preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, maintaining accurate records, taking X-rays, managing supplies, and assisting with front office functions.

Job Duties:

• Prepare treatment rooms, assist hygienist during procedures, sterilize instruments, update patient records, take dental X-rays, stock supplies, and assist with front office duties as needed.

• 2+ years of Hygiene Assisting experience highly preferred. Front office experience is a plus. Knowledge of Dentrix software required. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Ideal certifications include Coronal Polishing, EFDA, N2O, Radiology, and RDA.

Harvard Dental is seeking a dedicated Dental Hygiene Assistant/Front Office team member to deliver comfortable, pain-free patient care in a modern practice setting.

• Prepare and organize treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines. Assist the hygienist during cleanings and procedures. Accurately update patient records, process dental X-rays, educate patients on oral hygiene, stock inventory, and support front office tasks as needed.
