System One is hiring for a dental office in Glenpool, OK! This is a great short-term opportunity for an experienced dental front office professional who enjoys working with patients and keeping the day-to-day office running smoothly.

Position Details

Glenpool, OK

+ Pay: $20-$25/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM

+ Duration:
Approximately 6 weeks

+ Schedule Flexibility:
The office can be flexible with start/end times

+ Dental experience is REQUIRED

What You'll Do

+ Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner

+ Answer phones and help with patient questions

+ Schedule and confirm appointments

+ Handle patient check-in/check-out

+ Verify insurance and assist with basic billing/payment questions

+ Maintain patient records and complete administrative tasks

+ Support the dental team with daily front-office needs

What We're Looking For

+ Previous dental office experience required

+ Strong customer service and communication skills

+ Comfortable working in a busy dental office

+ Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

+ Professional and personable with patients
