About the job Process Manager | Hybrid | $70k - $90k
Theory Recruitment has partnered with a global leader in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul services. With over 30 years of experience, this company continues to grow and has upcoming openings.
Currently, they're seeking a Process Manager to enhance material management processes in their MRO production system. This role will have a significant impact by driving continuous improvement and optimizing processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
- Collaborate across departments to improve material management processes.
- Optimize processes for efficiency and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Business Intelligence experience, including data visualization tools like MS SSRS or similar.
- Manufacturing experience in MRO, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Process design, KPI development, and process optimization (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- SQL or MS SQL Server experience.
- Valid U.S. work permit and driver's license.
